Your purchase

$19 unlocks four complete drafts, one free rewrite, and a PDF download of all four. Every draft is marked with pause and breath cues for reading aloud at no extra charge. Further rewrites are $4 each. Every purchase is one-time. There is no subscription.

Delivery and cancellation

Your drafts and paid additions are digital content. When you ask us to start making and delivering them immediately, the normal legal cooling-off right ends when delivery begins.

Seven-day full refund

Request a full refund within seven calendar days of the original purchase through the private link on your result page or by email. No reason is needed. The refund covers that purchase and its paid add-ons together. Your drafts stay available until their normal deletion date.

This is EulogyStory's own guarantee. It is separate from the legal cooling-off rule above.

Data and legal rights

Memories and drafts are kept for 30 days unless you delete them sooner. Required transaction records are kept separately as explained in our privacy notice. These terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
