What we make

The service turns memories supplied by a family member or friend into four drafts they can preview and revise. The public relationship guides are free writing resources. They are useful on their own and do not require a purchase.

Editorial method

EulogyStory publishes and maintains the guides as an organisation. We start with one relationship and one writing question, draft original examples, check that examples do not describe real people, and edit for specificity, plain language, and practical use when read aloud.

For statements about ceremony formats or religious practice, we use named sources and state the limitation that customs vary. We do not present one country, congregation, or family practice as universal. Each guide shows its publication date, latest material update, author, and sources.

Limits of the guidance

We are not funeral directors or clergy. The guides are writing guidance, not religious, legal, medical, or mental health advice. The family and the person leading the service remain the right sources for local timing, ritual, and content decisions.
